ABC Performance Measurement Coordinator VISTA The Alliance of Border Collaboratives (ABC) strives to ensure that low-income and underserved minority populations can exercise their rights to receive appropriate prevention, care, and treatment services. ABC is located in the City of El Paso, TX, and we offer our services to communities in El Paso, Culberson, Hudspeth, and Presidio Counties in TX, and Otero, Luna, and Doña Ana Counties in NM. The VISTA Performance Measurement Coordinator will support the Health Navigation Services (HNS) project operations and sustainability strategy by continuously monitoring and assessing if the project is achieving its intended outcomes helping individuals and communities out of poverty. The HNS goal is to increase access to care and improve the health outcomes of the underserved, low-income minority communities in El Paso, Culberson, Hudspeth and Presidio Counties in TX. We are looking for a VISTA member who has an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, program evaluation, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 1-2 years of experience in project data collection and management, project monitoring and evaluation, and performance assessment. The candidate should have the commitment to work with underserved, low-income minority communities, and be able to work independently and in cross-functional teams. In addition, the candidate should have excellent problem solving, communication, organizational and time management, and written skills. The VISTA member will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the Project Director, Coordinator, staff, and Community Advisory Board members, network with partner organizations, and will have access to professional development opportunities. An open-minded place with lots of things to do, El Paso is well known for its unique history, lively culture, and outdoor beauty Member Duties : As the VISTA Performance Measurement Coordinator for our Health Navigation Services project you will: 1) Develop project data collection protocols and instruments, 2) Train staff on project data collection instruments and procedures, and databases management, 3) Collect project data and conduct performance measure on key project outcome indicators to demonstrate the project effectiveness and identify needed improvement measures, 4) Review the project staff monthly reports for completeness and accuracy, and provide feedback to them on any discrepancies identified and how to address them, 5) Elicit client feedback through client satisfaction surveys, 6) Analyze client's access and utilization of services information and discuss any needed changes and how to implement them, and 7) Share evaluation findings and success stories with partner organizations, community members and other project stakeholders Program Benefits : Training , Living Allowance , Childcare assistance if eligible , Choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend , Health Coverage* , Relocation Allowance . *For details about AmeriCorps VISTA healthcare benefits, please visit .
