Disruptions happen-and when they do, Kwik Trip is ready. That's because we take business continuity seriously. From weather events to technology hiccups, we've got a plan, and we're looking for someone to help us keep it sharp, updated, and effective. We're looking to fill this Business Continuity Analyst 2 role with someone who understands how we operate-ideally someone from within our own company. You'll work closely with departments across the company to make sure we're prepared for the unexpected and ready to support each other and our communities when it matters most. What You'll Do: Help our teams understand what business continuity is about-through awareness efforts, training, and simple tools that make planning easier. Partner with departments to figure out what's critical, what's vulnerable, and what plans need to be in place-this includes working on Business Impact Analyses (BIA). Keep our continuity plans current by working directly with teams and updating them in our continuity planning software. Lead exercises and testing to make sure our plans work. These happen at least once a year or when something major changes. Support new projects to make sure continuity planning is built in from the start. Build relationships with public and private partners in our communities and help coordinate Kwik Trip's response when an incident affects the areas we serve. What We're Looking For: Someone who knows what Kwik Trip is made of-from our stores to our support center, logistics, food production, maintenance, and beyond. A self-starter who can manage their own work but also bring people together across departments and job roles. A problem-solver who looks ahead, stays curious, and wants to make things better before something goes wrong. Experience with building or improving policies, plans, or procedures across teams. Knowledge of business continuity concepts and what it takes to keep a business running smoothly through challenges. Training & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if you bring strong relevant experience. Experience in business continuity or a related field (risk, safety, security, operations, etc.) If you don't already have them, we'll help you complete the following courses within your first 18 months: Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) FEMA Independent Study Courses: IS100a - Introduction to the Incident Command System IS230a - Fundamentals of Emergency Management IS660 - Introduction to Public-Private Partnerships IS662 - Improving Preparedness & Resilience Through Public-Private Partnerships Schedule & Location: This is a salaried position based out of the Corporate Support Center in La Crosse. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, but you'll have some on-call responsibilities for larger disruptions or emergencies. Final Note: If you've ever thought, "I want to help Kwik Trip be even more ready for whatever comes our way," this is your chance. We're especially excited to hear from internal candidates who bring firsthand experience and want to grow their careers in a new direction.
