Chief of Staff (Entry-Level, Full-Time)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Travel: ~20%

Compensation: $60,000/year + equity

We’re looking for an energetic, curious, and highly organized Chief of Staff to join our team in Austin, TX. This is an entry-level, full-time role perfect for a recent college graduate who’s excited to learn how startups work from the inside—and help make them run better.

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes operator supporting our CEO and leadership team. From managing daily priorities to coordinating strategic initiatives, you’ll be involved in the highest-leverage parts of the business, giving you an accelerated view into entrepreneurship, healthcare innovation, and executive decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with the CEO to keep high-priority projects on track, help manage time and focus, and unblock the team.
• Own daily operations like calendar coordination, scheduling, note-taking, email follow-ups, and key administrative workflows.
• Drive special projects that span the business—from setting up a new product pilot to planning company offsites or retreats.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners , ensuring alignment and prompt follow-through.
• Support hiring, onboarding, investor reporting, and executive presentations , depending on the needs of the week.
• Improve how we work by maintaining and building better systems in Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and beyond.
• Be proactive —see a problem before it grows, suggest a solution, and take the first step to fix it.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Recently earned a bachelor’s degree (any major welcome with preference for backgrounds in technology, computer science, biochemistry, business analysis, public health, or science).
• Are energized by the pace and ambiguity of startup life and want real responsibility early in your career.
• Communicate clearly and write with purpose.
• Love organizing people, information, and processes—and finding ways to make things faster or simpler.
• Have shown initiative through internships, side projects, clubs, or part-time jobs.
• Are interested in health, technology, or entrepreneurship—and want to build something that matters.
• Are tech-fluent and comfortable using AI tools, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, Slack, and more.
