Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Location: Nacogdoches, TX Pay Range: DOE Schedule-1st shift 7:00 am- 3:00pm Monday thru Friday 2nd shift 3:00pm- 11:00pm Monday thru Friday What's the Job? Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications. Adjust machine settings and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, micrometers) to make adjustments and perform maintenance tasks. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency. What's Needed? A strong understanding of CNC machinery and hand tools. Ability to perform quality control inspections. Attention to detail and precision in work. Willingness to collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
