Job Description

Our client is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Mcsherrystown, PA

Pay Range: $19 to $22/hr
Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC Machines to perform precision machining operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure optimal performance.

What's Needed?

• Machine operation experience 
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of CNC machinery and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
