KPMG is seeking a Director in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of IT advisory engagements, focusing on FICO, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
2. Lead SAP business processes mapping.
3. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle.
4. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients.
5. Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
6. Supervise and provide performance management for IT advisory staff on assigned engagements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum eight years of recent SAP applications experience, including at least one full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven leadership, client management, and delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management.
• Travel may be required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. No visa sponsorship available.
