Job Description Triple M Metals & Reserve Alloys in Twinsburg is currently looking for skilled Laborers. As a Industrial Laborer, you’ll play a key role in the initial stages of the recycling process, helping to identify, sort, and process various metals.
Position: Industrial Laborer
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday)
Starting Pay: $19/hour
Key Responsibilities
Identify and sort different types of scrap metals
Load, unload, and transport both finished and unfinished goods
Operate bailing equipment to process materials
Perform quality control by visually inspecting and sorting materials
Communicate effectively with coworkers and department leaders
Complete other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Prior experience in general labor or industrial settings is preferred, but not required
Forklift and bailer operation experience a plus, but not required
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in varying temperatures (outdoor work; facility may be colder in winter and warmer in summer)
Steel-toe or composite safety-toe shoes required (all other PPE provided)
Strong communication skills
