Our comprehensive training program is designed to grow the right candidate from an entry-level Retail Event Assistant into a leadership role in a matter of months. If selected for the role, you'll undergo hands-on training led by our top Retail Event Assistants to refine your customer service skills and hone your leadership capabilities. Position Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers, offering personalized recommendations and expert insights into our client’s telecommunications solutions.
• Provide clear and comprehensive answers to customers' inquiries regarding the services we offer, ensuring a thorough understanding of available options.
• Efficiently schedule customers for consultations with our sales team, demonstrating effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, communicating regularly to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately and customer expectations are met.
• Actively participate in training sessions and stay informed about the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency of customer interactions.

Position Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or retail environment is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Displays a passion for brand development and customer service
• Excels both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to personal and professional development
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
