Saenz-Garcia Law, PLLC , is a dedicated legal practice specializing in immigration law. We are committed to providing comprehensive legal services to clients facing immigration challenges. Our team is passionate about advocating for justice and ensuring that our clients' rights are protected.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will primarily focus on production-related tasks within our firm, contributing their expertise to ensure efficient and effective case management. This position offers a hybrid to fully remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the production workflow of immigration cases, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare filings for various immigration processes, including but not limited to deportation proceedings, asylum, visas, green cards, and naturalization.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior attorneys and support staff in handling immigration cases, offering mentorship, and ensuring their professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and problem-solve complex immigration matters, leveraging your expertise to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
• Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies, and integrate updates into our case management practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress and client communications for effective case management and reporting purposes.
• Conduct consultations with clients as needed to assess case requirements and provide legal advice

**Must be willing to travel nationwide for individual hearings

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in any jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Experience (3+ years) practicing U.S. immigration law, handling various immigration processes and procedures and with a strong emphasis in removal defense.
• Experience preparing for and attending individual merits hearings.
• Proven track record of effectively managing immigration cases and overseeing production-related tasks within a legal environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and project deadlines.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Must live in DFW area to be able to see clients at any of the office locations as necessary
