Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer Job Responsibilities Candidate should have excellent knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Online with 365). Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and portal development, testing, implementing, debugging, and documenting complex programs. Candidate should have solid skills in Azure/PowerApps, Visual Studio, GitHub. Proficiency in developing efficient client-side scripting using Plug-In, Workflows, and Custom Business Processes. A fair level of knowledge in developing applications is also required. Candidate should be able to understand technical and functional documents. Capable of designing and developing the UI, business logic tier, data tier, and integration tier, along with testing and maintenance of the product. Candidate will work with client stakeholders to understand business drivers, ensure usability, scalability, and satisfaction, and act as a liaison between the client, technical, and design teams to implement the technical roadmap in alignment with OKRs. Candidate must work closely with product managers to understand functionalities and use cases of the product and create prototypes. Candidate should ensure that all standard requirements are met and participate in performing technical analysis. Candidate should collaborate with Product Managers in project delivery planning, applying knowledge of requirements and past project delivery experience to identify risks and prioritize tasks. Candidate should be adept in tools and technologies across layers: proficient in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, creating, querying & manipulating databases, APIs, and integrations, front-end code (HTML/CSS, Bootstrap), and web stack back-end technologies (.Net). Candidate must have a sound understanding of CI/CD processes, Agile development, and deep understanding of programming fundamentals. Ability to learn new frameworks, languages, and tools as required. Minimum Requirements 2+ years of experience in enterprise application solutions/development. Good technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization. Minimum 2 years' experience in Power Portal. Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, and Custom Controls. In-depth knowledge of and experience in the Customer Service module of Dynamics 365. Experience with integration technologies to connect internal & third-party systems is a plus. Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps is preferred. Experience with Agile development methodology. Microsoft Dynamics Certifications are a plus. Eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
