Job Title: Social Media & Influencer Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Hybrid – Wynwood, Miami, FL

Hours: ~20 hours/week

Reports To: US Brand Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and social media-savvy Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This part-time, hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, enjoys the behind-the-scenes logistics of influencer partnerships, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll work closely with our Social Media & Influencer Manager to execute influencer campaigns, create original social content (especially TikToks), and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also report directly to the US Brand Marketing Manager and play a key role in amplifying our voice across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

Influencer Support & Administration

• Help coordinate gifted and paid influencer campaigns through our platform
• Manage contracts, affiliate codes, product send-outs, and tracking of deliverables
• Follow up with influencers and agencies to ensure timelines are met
• Maintain updated campaign dashboards with metrics, content links, and performance recaps
• Support PR agency on influencer gifting coordination

Social Content Creation & Support

• Create 5 original TikToks per month (trends, tutorials, product education, etc.)
• Source and organize high-quality UGC for reposting across social channels
• Assist with light editing, captions, and on-set support for content shoots

Reporting & Organization

• Assist with pulling weekly/monthly influencer and content performance reports
• Keep digital asset libraries organized and updated
• Stay up to date on creator trends, audio, and beauty/wellness conversations on social

Who You Are

• Based in or near Miami, FL, and able to work onsite in Wynwood 1–2x per week
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and the beauty or wellness space
• Experienced with creating TikToks (either for brands or personally), and familiar with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Organized and detail-oriented—you love checklists and spreadsheets
• Self-starter who’s comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Excited to be part of a collaborative team and contribute creatively

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer coordination, or content creation (internships count!)
• Experience using influencer platforms like GRIN, CreatorIQ, or similar is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Figma, or other mobile editing tools
• Understanding of influencer marketing KPIs and social media best practices
