Easterseals-Goodwill Behavioral Health and Family Services is a dynamic agency working to advance quality care for substance use, mentally and behaviorally disordered individuals throughout the state of Idaho. The Clinician position is responsible for providing direct care to individuals participating in our Behavioral Health and Family Services program. This position is part of a team of professionals who work together to provide a comprehensive array of therapeutic services to clients and their families. Non-benefited/Billable hours position
Requirements
Maintain licenses and/or certifications as required by IDAPA
Strong computer skills working with varying electronic health records, efficient typing skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
Applicant must pass an enhanced background check.
Experience
0-2 years
Experience developing treatment plans
Experience facilitating groups, individuals, and family therapy
Preferred experience in trauma-informed, or trauma-related interventions and skills
Must possess good organizational skills
Demonstrate effective and appropriate verbal/written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team model
Must demonstrate computer literacy and prefer experience using an electronic health record
Professional licensure must be maintained
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, moving from one task to another quickly and with ease
Master's or Bachelor's Degree
Licensure Accepted: LPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, CADC
