It provides timely, evidence-based services to young people experiencing psychosis and their families, focusing on strengths, resilience, and recovery. What you’ll be doing This role offers clinical experience in community youth mental health nursing, focusing on assessment, treatment, and care coordination for young people with psychosis and co-occurring conditions. Responsibilities include providing mental health nursing care in clinic and outreach settings, conducting risk and mental state assessments, and developing care plans. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective engagement with consumers, families, and professionals. **Note:** Shifts are Mon-Fri AM (8am-4.30pm) or PM (1.30pm-10pm), and Sat-Sun AM (9.30am-6pm). About you Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current unrestricted registration via AHPRA. At least 12 months clinical experience as an RPN 2, with completion of the Alfred Mental and Addiction Health Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent. Enrolled or planning to enroll in postgraduate study, e.g., Diploma of Mental Health Nursing (desirable). Current Victorian Driver’s License and Working with Children Check.
