Job Title: Transportation Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $26 per hour, to commensurate with District service and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  

  Graduation from a senior high school.



• 
  

  A minimum of four years of experience in the operation and repair of automotive equipment and/or in building maintenance work.



• 
  

  At least two of those four years must have been in a supervisory capacity.

Distinguishing Features of the Class: This is an important supervisory position involving responsibility for the efficient and economical operation and maintenance of the transportation system of a school district. Work is performed under the general supervision of the chief school officer. Supervision is exercised over the work of bus drivers and automotive mechanics through inspection of vehicles and observance of their operation. Does related duties as required. May operate a school bus on a regular route or as a substitute.
